Event description
In this year’s edition of the Innovation Club, we were focused on the debate among scientists around the issue of Smart Cities. We invited distinguished guests – city vice mayors, mayors, and heads of municipal companies – to hear presentations and engage in discussions. The projects that were presented were related to economics, green city, urban design and various types of city services, as well as the transportation habits of their residents.
The UW Innovation Club is at the heart of achieving the University’s third mission. It is organized by Uniwersytecki Ośrodek Transferu Technologii i UWRC – a special-purpose vehicle of the University of Warsaw. The event is supported by the Center for Dialogue and Cooperation of the University of Warsaw.
