Nobel Prize Week at UW

Nobel Week provides an opportunity to share knowledge and introduce scientific achievements to children and young people. Using the knowledge of scientists, researchers and experts at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw Medical University, CWiD UW in cooperation with teachers from the capital’s high schools is developing educational materials for schools.

We hope that the lesson plans and presentations on. awarded scientific achievements and profiles of Nobel Prize winners will provide the impetus for the topic of Nobel Prizes, the importance of science, and its role in the classroom.

Materials will be posted on an ongoing basis during Nobel Week, following the announcement of individual Nobel Prize laureates in a particular field.
